We did it! We managed to organise a day trip to London so we could actually meet in person! It was awesome! Today Erin (Alt_audhd on tiktok & instagram) and I talk about what went into planning an AuDHD friendly day trip, what it was like finally meeting in person for the first time and how we both felt in the lead up to it. We also talk about how important finding neurodivergent friends post self realisation has been to us both.
