12: Love under pressure: Intimacy and connection in ND families with Lil Desille

What does intimacy look like when you're parenting neurodivergent children, or navigating your own neurodivergence in relationships?

In this grounded and delightfully candid episode, Laetitia is joined by Annelil (they/she), a clinical psychologist, sexologist, and AuDHD’er who helps neurodivergent individuals and couples rediscover intimacy and connection, on their own terms.

Together, they explore what it means to be intimate without the pressure, expectation or norms that often don’t fit neurodivergent lives. From practical tips to creative approaches, this conversation is a beautiful invitation to rethink how we love, connect, and care, especially when we’re caregiving.
