Consistency is not what you think

Consistency is not what you think

Why is it so hard to stay consistent… even with the things we know make us feel better?

We often think consistency means doing more, doing it perfectly, or doing it every day. But what if that’s not what truly sustains us?

In this episode, Daniela explores a different perspective on consistency, one that moves away from intensity and perfection, and into something more real, more sustainable, and more human.

Blending neuroscience with yogic wisdom, and the practical tools of Kundalini Yoga, she shares what’s really happening when we feel stuck, unmotivated, or disconnected, and why it’s not about discipline.

You’ll understand how the brain creates low-energy loops, why motivation comes after action, and how simple practices—like breath, movement, and meditation, can shift your state and bring you back into alignment.

This is an invitation to stop forcing yourself… and start working with your energy.

Inside the episode:

  • Why you’re already consistent (just not always in what serves you)

  • How to gently shift low-energy states

  • Why small practices are more powerful than intensity

  • How Kundalini Yoga helps you regulate your energy and stay connected, even on difficult days
