The Worthiness Codes: I Exist, therefore I am Worthy!

🧚‍♀️💜🗻From the Catskills, Sarah drops the Worthiness Code—“I exist, therefore I am worthy”—and shares the Sacred Exchange Mantra for weaving the gift and paid economies, dog medicine for dropping masks, and a loving reset for your nervous system.🗻🧚‍♀️💫

Welcome to The 5D Codes—coming to you from the Catskills, NY.

Today’s transmission anchors the Worthiness Code: I exist, therefore I am worthy. We explore how this code lands somatically (no bypassing), how dog medicine helps us drop our masks and meet life in unconditional love, and how to weave the gift economy with the paid economy through the Sacred Exchange Mantra—so giving/receiving feel clean, sovereign, and mutual.

Sarah also shares her current parasite-cleanse journey as both physical and energetic clearing, how that clarifies boundaries (no more people-pleasing or energetic siphons), and why rest + Yoga Nidra are non-negotiable for a true nervous-system reset.

Mantras from this episode

I exist, therefore I am worthy.
Spirit, guide me to weave both—the free when it flows, the paid when it’s aligned. I am not stuck in one or the other. I am the weaver of both.
The old me hustled, proved, and performed. The embodied me relaxes, unwinds, and in that space receives divine abundance and gives from a full well.
