Trusting God’s Timing in a Loud World

In this podcast, I am coming to you from the woods — with airplanes overhead, runners passing by, and the steady hum of the matrix in the background — sharing a real-time reflection on surrender, cadence, and trusting God’s timing.

This episode unfolds as a walking meditation and lived prayer. I explore what it actually means to release control in a loud, accelerated world — demonstrating how consciousness doesn’t require silence, perfection, or stillness. From nervous system rhythm and walking meditation, to parenting a highly sensitive teen, chronic pain, people-pleasing, and letting go of ego-driven plans around work, creativity, and visibility, this is an honest transmission of faith in motion.

I reflect on how modern culture edits out silence, speeds everything up, and pressures us to perform — and how choosing a slower cadence can be an act of devotion. We touch on manifestation, surrender, and why trusting God’s plan doesn’t mean bypassing pain, but allowing grace to meet us exactly where we are.
