My Withdrawals & My Symptoms pt 1

In today’s episode, I’m going to talk to you about my withdrawals and symptoms during my first year off Xanax. I give you a lot of information about what I have been going through and a sense I did not want to drag on the episode I have chosen to break it up into two parts. The second part will be in my next episode. I talk about agoraphobia, blood pressure, insomnia, eating disorder, G.I. problems, and so much more in this episode. There is a lot for me to tell you about my withdrawals in my symptoms that I need to put this in a two-part episode.
