Episode 41 - Public Speaking: Accelerate Landing Your Message Through Speaking with Guest Speaker Scott Harrison

You can’t change evolution that has been going on for millions of years. Taking care of the body is important by feeding it healthily. Feeding the mind is important as well. When people realize that health is not only about the body but the mind as well. Your mind is part of the body too.

Speaking with people helps you learn about them and their problems. When you learn to deliver good, relatable, and emotional information that money can’t buy, it’s a pleasure and an honor to stand onstage and to get people feeling motivated and empowered. Telling a story from the heart and allowing it to reach the audience is the most powerful and authentic feeling.

There is no quick fix to becoming a great speaker. Switch your mindset, believe in yourself, and focus on what you want to be. Start with small steps. You should learn to have discipline, diligence, and persistence in working on yourself. Speakers should be responsible for themselves. You will need to practice, develop your content, and continuously invest in yourself and your craft.

Info About Scott:

Modern renaissance man Scott Harrison has helped change the lives of thousands. A fitness and nutrition expert, life coach, motivational speaker, entrepreneur, black belt karate instructor, chef, and author, Scott Harrison is the founder of acclaimed fitness programs The Six Pack Revolution and SPR Juniors.

Changing the lives of adults, his online program, The Six Pack Revolution, helps people gain confidence and get in shape through coaching, mindset training, fitness, nutrition, and community support.

A strong believer in starting early, Scott’s mission has included helping children get healthy in body and mind. His series of beautifully illustrated children’s books teach kids how to live a happier life through a positive mindset. SPR Juniors is a video-guided PE program that’s in over 50 primary schools all over the UK, enabling pupils to boost fitness and improve mental health through fun games, exercises, yoga, and mindfulness.

Scott’s profile has grown through the tens of thousands of lives he’s changed and has led to a raft of celebrities seeking body transformations to reach out. Scott trained with the owner of the world’s most famous six-pack, Peter Andre, and gave full transformations to Dawn Ward (Real Housewives of Cheshire) and Tommy Mallet (The Only Way Is Essex). One of his most dramatic body makeovers was with TOWIE’s Bobby Norris, who went from tall and skinny to superhero hunk. Scott’s latest project might be his best ever, with everyone’s favorite TV personality Rylan!

Making incredible transformations happen in the easiest possible way is Scott’s mantra, so he worked with leading food scientists to produce a range of meal replacement and post-workout protein shakes. Packed full of clean ingredients with the most delicious flavor profiles, The Six Pack Revolution range of smoothies has been selling out all over the world.
