In this episode, I'm recapping Season 8, Episode 2 of Welcome to Plathville, and it was absolutely packed. We kick off with Lydia and Zac confronting the family over the drama surrounding their wedding, where Lydia drops a bombshell about an ex-boyfriend and issues a serious warning to the family about gossip — even calling out the unresolved grief over losing their brother Joshua. From there, I take us to Tallahassee where Moriah and Ethan go wig shopping, and Moriah reveals her bald head on camera for the first time, showing a much healthier, more grounded version of herself after her time in Montana. I also break down what I'm calling Ethan's "redemption season," as we see him writing a love song for his ex Teegan and reconnecting emotionally through conversations with his friend Austin.
