Chase Fancher (Oak and Oscar) on how to start your own watch brand!

There's a good chance that if you're really deep into watches you've fantasised about designing your own watch or even your own watch brand. Five years ago our guest Chase Fancher turned that dream into a reality when he gave up his unfulfilling corporate day job and started Oak and Oscar, a brand born out of Chase's love of watches, bourbon and dogs.

Chase takes us through the journey of creating a brand, making the leap to full-time, the joys and challenges of building a brand and a passionate community, and what a good, sustainable smaller watch brand looks like.
