How Plastic Surgeons Help Victims of Violence

How Plastic Surgeons Help Victims of Violence

We are honored to have Dr. Rondi Walker on this week’s episode of Ending Domestic Abuse. Dr. Walker, a plastic surgeon with decades of experience, has been dedicated to ending domestic abuse through her involvement in nonprofits such as Knock Out Abuse and through referring clients to social workers and support systems. In the past, Dr. Walker has referred victims of domestic violence to our services and resources as well. Join us to hear about Dr. Walker’s work, the role plastic surgery can play in helping victims of violence, and a larger conversation about the prevalence of domestic abuse and how it can impact people regardless of their socioeconomic or educational background. Thank you to Dr. Walker for this enlightening conversation!
