213 The Missing Piece in Thyroid Healing

213 The Missing Piece in Thyroid Healing

There’s something I started noticing over this past year that I didn’t expect.

Not just how people with thyroid issues felt physically… but how they felt about what they were doing.

Because with Hashimoto’s, it’s usually not about not knowing what to do. It’s what happens a few days or a few weeks in, when everything starts to feel like a lot and things slowly fall off.

In this episode, I’m breaking down why that happens, what actually makes something easier to stay consistent with, and what I’ve seen change when that piece is finally in place.

Because there’s a difference between something being “good for you”… and something that actually fits into your life in a way that you keep doing it.

If you’ve been feeling a little stop-and-start with your routine, or like things just don’t stay consistent the way you want them to, this will shift how you think about it.
