This sounds like an innocuous question, often asked at social gatherings and parties - but it can be a sore-point if you have a disability.

Four of our friends talk about their experiences finding work; keeping it; and, in one case, going in their own direction.

Studio 1 welcomes any input from our listeners. If you have any experience or thoughts about issues covered in this episode or believe there is something we should be talking about.
