This guided meditation takes you inward, through the layers of the heart, into the rhythm that existed before memory. You are guided to reconnect with the maternal heartbeat, the ancestral feminine line, and the inner masculine energy that protects and carries. The meditation moves through descent, remembrance, integration, and return, allowing forgotten or exiled parts of the self to be felt, witnessed, and gathered back into the heart.
