Lamar Roth and Tom Klaus recorded this episode in person in Tom’s Frederick, Maryland home studio. They talked about Lamar’s experience with a new (and very small) camper he and his spouse used to camp en route from Kansas. Lamar pulls off a golf joke with Tom and Tom flubs a joke with Lamar. They talk about a couple places they visited during Lamar’s stay and challenges with GPS vs. Google Maps. On a more serious note, they discuss the importance of positive dialogue in the face of tragedy and the distinction between debate and dialogue. Before grousing that their day at the Great Frederick Fair is a rain out, Lamar and Tom also explore the role of leadership in decision-making.
