Caroline Gosser - 3rd American at Houston in Debut Marathon, Medical School, KDF Marathon Winner

In this episode, the boys have on special guest Caroline Gosser. Caroline trains with us in Louisville and is a medical student at UofL. While she has been running for a long time now, she just started her marathoning journey with a stunning time of 2:41 at the Houston Marathon in January. Following that, she had a tough DNF at Carmel Marathon in April due to injury but was able to sort out the issue in time to win the Kentucky Derby Marathon just a couple weeks ago! We discuss all of these races, balancing her crazy schedule, some tools she uses to keep a positive mindset, and more!
