Rory Linkletter - Paris Olympic Marathon Recap, Coaching Change, What’s Next

Rory just came off of the OLYMPIC MARATHON, where he ran for Team Canada. Lucky for you, this is the first podcast he has done post-race! He placed 47th and ran 2:13:09 on a hilly course! We break down the entire race, including strategy, fueling, thoughts throughout the race, and more!
We also talked about the Olympic experience in general, his final few weeks of training before the race, and what's next. Speaking of what's next: Rory dropped some HUGE news on us during the pod! He is looking for a new coach right now, which we were completely unaware of, so we talked through that decision process and how that works for a professional runner.
