Brock Kelly - The Daily Mile, NIL King, Make Running Fun Again

On this episode, the boyz had on special guest Brock Kelly. Brock is a running content creator, collegiate athlete, and good vibes generator. We had an outline prepared for this episode, but we didn't even look at it past the intro. This episode was a great hang - we talked about anything and everything.
Brock has been busy this summer training for his senior cross-country season in Boulder, CO. He runs for Mississippi College and specializes in mid-distance (800-5k). He had some crazy travel stories to share on the pod from his summer out west.
We also discussed NIL and his content series that gained him a ton of popularity, "The Daily Mile." Brock has some exciting NIL opportunities ahead, and you may know he is currently a BPN Athlete. We talked about how that came to fruition and how NIL usually works for him in general.
Brock also shared his passion for running, and pointed out that the best results usually come when you are having fun and not taking it too seriously. This was a really fun one to record, and we can't thank Brock enough for coming on. Enjoy!
