#123 Polly Cunes - 2:44 Marathon at 41, McKirdy Marathon Preview, Winter Training in Canada

On this episode, the boys had on special guest Polly Cunes! Polly is a mom of 2 , teacher, and 2:44 marathon from Calgary, Canada! We were able to get her on the pod at the perfect time as she is running the McKirdy Marathon THIS WEEKEND! She is looking for a PR and had a great training cycle under coach Jeff Cunningham.

We talked about Polly’s awesome marathon progression over the years. She has a story of consistency but also getting over serious injuries. She ran an amazing 2:44 PR in Chicago last year at age 41!

Due to the harsh winter in Calgary, Polly was only able to do ONE WORKOUT outside this entire block! We are excited to see how she performs at McKirdy. Check out her socials below!
