Lv: Saulainā pavasara dienā, kad ziedi šķīda un putni bezrūpīgi čivina, Alvils gaidīja Lieni pie Gaujas Nacionālā parka ieejas.
En: On a sunny spring day, when flowers bloomed and birds chirped carefreely, Alvils waited for Liene at the entrance of the Gaujas Nacionālais parks.

Lv: Viņš bija pārliecināts, ka šī pārgājiena laikā izdosies Lienei parādīt parkā paslēpto skaistumu.
En: He was confident that during this hike, he would be able to show Liene the hidden beauty of the park.

Lv: Liene bija ziņkārīga un gatava piedzīvojumiem, bet viņa vēl nebija pazīstama ar parka taku tīklu.
En: Liene was curious and ready for adventure, but she was not yet familiar with the park's trail network.
