HUNT & GATHER is a seasonal art gallery located in the Sunset District of San Francisco. We host four art shows per year, and this fall, we bring you ROOTED + LAYERED, an abstract collection of work exploring the layers and depth of our imagination through shapes and colors found in nature and the world around us. Curated by DeeDee Hunt, this show features seven local artists, but the show began to take shape when our guest on today's episode applied to show her work here at H&G for this fall's San Francisco Open Studios (SFOS). In lieu of our Fall Art Show Opening Reception, we are planning on postponing the opening reception that we usually host in September until Friday, November 3rd. The Inner Sunset/West Side will be hosting open studios on the 2nd weekend, November 4-5. Come check out our fall art show featuring abstract art by local artists.
