The Self Confidence Issue

The real deep self confidence.

That's what this raw, hard hitting podcast is all about.

You know I like to go deep and in this episode I dig into the one MASSIVE thing which is keeping you from working towards those health and fitness goals.

And that ladies is a lack of self confidence.

The two prongs that I look at are -

- How the lack of self confidence tells you that you aren't worthy of change and that it's safer for you to pop another load of washing on.

- How the lack of self confidence has eroded your ability to change because it happens for other people and not you. There's no point so why bother - so you don't.

In my 1-1 coaching I see this all the time and the secret....

Daily action towards your goals.

Sounds super simple - too simple almost but trust me when I say the results are massive.

There's new found inner strength (in more ways than one), trust and the deep glow from knowing that you are worthy and it's working!

How you take those daily actions is what I specialise in, that's the magic bit of coaching.

Getting you started on the road to showing up for yourself daily.

I hope you enjoy the episode, please chat all things self confidence with me over on social media.
