"But my knees hurt...."

Injuries can be a nightmare, and I know that exercising with them feels impossible. But sometimes, movement is exactly what your body needs.

This episode is all about fierce compassion, direct, honest, and to the point.

I’ve seen what happens when injuries are left unchecked and I don’t want that for you.

Here’s what I want for you -

  • To find an exercise you enjoy and actually *want* to do.
  • To discover ways to move that work *with* your injury, not against it.
  • To have a proper care plan in place to support your recovery.

That’s why I’ve teamed up with Chloe Green, a Graduate Sports Therapist, so you have expert guidance every step of the way.

If an injury or limitation is stopping you from exercising, I urge you to listen to this episode and take action on the steps I outline.

Don’t wait until it’s too late. Take the first step now:

  • Book in with Chloe here
  • Enquire about my coaching here

Thanks for listening.
