In this guided practice, I'll share eight different descriptive phrases - each to soften your mind and heart as you pause for peace - as an experience in the present ~ and as the peace that lives within you.

Peace can only be felt when you exist in kindness and love.

It lives in love, loving-kindness and in a place of inner harmony that you exist as.

To feel peace ~ to walk its path each day ~ is to first calibrate yourself to feel all of the sacred moments of life as your own.

Not through the lens of another's perspective or angst, rather through your heart.

Enjoy this practice as an invitation to witness yourself as all love and tenderness ~ and sacred - because you are.
