Episode 68: Is Your Aesthetic Business Ready to Scale?

Episode 68: Is Your Aesthetic Business Ready to Scale?

This is episode 68 and today I really want to continue the conversation from last week's episode 67 "The quest to find your mini me".... If you haven't had a chance to listen to that session be sure to go back to gain some context around today's conversation. Essentially we discussed a powerful inflection point that happens with some of our most "in-demand" aesthetic injectors (and clients of all specialties for that matter)

It's a point where you know it's time to level up and do the internal work to reposition yourself from an overworked injector to a woman who is ready to step into her role as a bossed up CEO and build a real company.

And in order to accomplish this, it's time to scale your business so you can generate more revenue without working 24/7. It's time to hire other team members to do what you do.

I shared that this fall I will be releasing a limited-edition private podcast called Confidence to Scale. This is a series of 5 powerful audio trainings that will walk you through a step by step blueprint to priming yourself and your systems to attract and fully book your next injector, and then build a business model that is able to scale with you at the helm. After the five weeks, we will host an invite-only focus group for these participants to meet, collaborate, and commune with colleagues. During this workshop we will share best business practices for building recurring revenue, creating proprietary methods and offers, hiring dream employees, and challenging the industry status quo.

Tune into this week's podcast to learn why I created this private podcast, the opportunities I see for advanced injectors in our industry, and dive a layer deeper into the curriculum I will cover over the course of the 5 weeks of CONFIDENCE TO SCALE:

  1. Evaluate the industry statistics and predictions for what this means for aesthetic injectors.
  2. Discuss the goal of the private podcast series
  3. Finally part 3 an overview of what you can expect to learn over the course of the five weeks

PS. If you feel like you're at a point where the superwoman strategy is no longer effective- the grit, grind, and hustle that got you to where you are now is no longer helping you advance, you're ready to focus on strategic growth to advance your net worth.

You're ready to prepare your practice to be ready to scale, you can join our waitlist for the fall launch of CONFIDENCE TO SCALE at www.klcconsultants.com/scale

Okay, leader.

Thank you for tuning in today and I look forward to catching up with you next week!
