#47 - Paul & Elyce Wintle - Trusting Your Gut and Following Your Intuition

Paul and Elyce Wintle are the founders of My Healthy Baby and left everything behind them when they bought a van and started driving up the East Coast of Australia.

On this episode we are joined for the first time by a married couple and what a power couple they are!

Paul and Elyce were living what most of us would consider healthy lives but realised changes would need to be made if they wanted to fall pregnant.

Elyce was smashing her body in her fitness endeavours with an incredibly low body fat ratio but didn't have a period for years which her doctor said was normal. All while running her own business from home.

Paul had a successful career, was playing footy, was into his fitness but was getting sick and when tested, discovered he had a low sperm count.

After deciding to make serious health changes, they also made a huge lifestyle change when they left everything they had back in Melbourne, bought a van and started driving.

Now they are living just outside Byron Bay and expecting their first child.

We talk about how they met, successes of their marriage, tales from the van, living a minimalist lifestyle, carnivore diet, plenty of health tips and so much more!

This episode is full of optimism and proof that trusting our gut can lead to a greater purpose.
