Lauren Phillips is a TV presenter and Radio host at Melbourne's no.1 FM Breakfast Show "Jase & Lauren". Her media career spans across close to 20 years and is/and has been part of shows like Postcards, Kids WB and the Today Show.

What an honour it was to welcome Lauren into our studio for her first ever podcast appearance!

Lauren shares her story and how she got her first break at channel 9...with a job she initially didn't want to audition for!

We talk about Kids WB, being a weather girl on the Today Show, A Current Affair and of course Postcards and why they differ so much. Plus, how she landed her Breakfast radio dream job and the initial testing which was far from usual!

Jase & Lauren has become a staple of radio in Melbourne and Lauren strips back the curtain to what makes the show so great and some behind the scenes tiffs the crew get into.

She shares why she is so careful of offending listeners and what makes their show so unique.
