#287 - Bailey Dale - Inside the Kennel with the Doggies Dashing All Australian

Bailey Dale is a 2 x All Australian (2021, 2025), Western Bulldogs Superstar and 1/3 of Duck Hook Golf.

It was awesome to get Bailey in the hot seat on the eve of the AFL season as things start to really ramp up in pre-season.

Bailey shares his story from becoming a late draft bolter and eventually finding a home at the bulldogs. Plus, the process of choosing a manager, changing roles to take his career to a new level and the reality of the pressure to stay on a list, find a spot and perform.

We talk about the club's 2016 premiership and the 2021 Grand Final lost and the challenges of the covid seasons.

Bailey lifts the lid on Bevo, any sprays he's copped, how he got the nickname "Digger", the 49 disposal game (and who burnt him) and some of the characters around the club.

And speaking of characters, we get some insight on superstars Bont & Sam Darcy, his thoughts on Bailey Smith's Ballarat comments, the hype around the Dogs and life inside the Whitten Oval.
