#298 - Dave Hughes - One of Australia's Funniest

Dave Hughes is a Stand-Up Comic, TV Personality, Radio Presenter and a legend of Australian Comedy.

What an honour it was for Hughesy to join us and drop one of the funniest episodes we've ever put out of the podcast.

Hughesy talks us through his latest show and how the infamous broken ribs & punctured lung from the legends game last year was the spark for it.

We hear about his legendary career in TV & radio and the years of battling away on the dole pursuing his dream. Plus, his disastrous first stand-up gig, the springboard of "Hey Hey It's Saturday" and how he overcame self-doubt to build his career.

We get a glimpse into his personal life including how he met his wife, his friends of the industry and some of the all time classic rants about Carlton Football Club...just you wait for those ones.

Plus we reflect on some classic Hughesy TV moments and much more!

We all know how funny Hughesy is, but this episode gives you a glimpse into his genius and life away from the stage.

Enjoy the one and only...Dave Hughes!
