tricking your brain for positivity

Once I realized I was never really wired for positivity I started to trick my brain into thinking that I was already happy as I already wanted to be.

takeaways

Negativity is a result of our brain's wiring from survival instincts.

Our ancestors' need for survival has shaped our current thought patterns.

The brain tends to remember negative experiences more than positive ones.

Becoming an observer of your thoughts can help in managing negativity.

You can't control which thoughts arise, but you can control which ones you believe.

Feeding your brain with gratitude can rewire your thought patterns.

Practicing gratitude daily can lead to emotional release and happiness.

Your environment influences your mental state significantly.

Positivity is about creating a better mindset, not ignoring problems.

Sharing experiences can help others who are battling mental health issues.
