We actually talk about the how we worked together, how I much I helped him in his journey to becoming healthy and fit and how he helped me to create a book ( Limitation Is A Mirage)

Ian believes there is a book inside of everyone and he is willing to help them to get it out onto paper.

Writing a book was for me an amazing experience, I learnt a lot about myself the work that I do and how I deliver it, this would never have happened had I not worked with Ian.
