Lv: Pavasaris bija klāt, un Vērmanes dārzs bija dzīvs.
En: Spring had arrived, and Vērmanes dārzs was alive.

Lv: Ziedi ziedēja visās krāsās, putni dziedāja skaistas dziesmas, bet cilvēki sajūsmināti pasteidzās apmeklēt tirgus bodītes.
En: Flowers bloomed in all colors, birds sang beautiful songs, and people eagerly hurried to visit the market stalls.

Lv: Katrs soliņš bija pilns ar apmeklētājiem, kuri izbaudīja siltos saules starus.
