The Bible Explained with Jenn Kokal21 Maj

Hebrews 11:1-16 - Faith and Obedience Go Together

In this episode, Jenn delves into the concept of faith, exploring what it means to have faith in God and how it's demonstrated in the lives of biblical figures like Abel, Enoch, and Abraham:

The definition of faith - the assurance of things hoped for and the conviction of things not seen.
The lives of these biblical characters, who, through their faith, experienced incredible outcomes, such as Abel's continued influence despite his death and Enoch's rapture into heaven.
The importance of obedience in conjunction with faith
Faith is not just about believing in God, but also about trusting in His promises and obeying His commands.

Many people claim to have faith, but lack obedience, just like the demons who believe in God but don't have a true faith. We're encouraged to reflect on our own lives and consider how we can be more obedient to God's will.

If you're interested in learning more about the connection between faith and obedience, and how it's demonstrated in the lives of biblical figures, tune in to this episode to hear the speaker's insightful discussion.
