Meet Augustinas Žemaitis. He is the owner of True Lithuania, the largest English-language non-news website about Lithuania, covering sights, history, arts, travel advice, traditions and more. He also runs “Global True Lithuania”, which is a bilingual encyclopedia of Lithuanian heritage sites outside Lithuania. He has visited over 1000 of Lithuanian churches, cemeteries, famous burials, monuments, Lithuanian-named places and other similar sites in some 40 countries over 5 continents, locating and photographing each of them, and listening to the stories of local Lithuanians where possible.
