Women in Tech - At the forefront of innovation: Nancy Gleason, New York University Abu Dhabi

In episode 2 – we hear from Nancy Gleason, a disruption expert, and Professor of Political Science & Director of the Hilary Ballon Center for Teaching and Learning at New York University Abu Dhabi. Interviewed by Intellectual Property Partner Melissa Murray in Dubai, Nancy discusses the future of work and skills in the corporate and university setting, particularly in light of AI adoption. She also considers the main opportunities and challenges around the automation economy, particularly for minority groups, and taking into account varying access to these tools. Nancy outlines her mission to advance global leaders who are culturally aware, and to help them develop life long learning skills to combat the issues that AI, and other forms of disruption, can unleash.
