Enraged Ex Shoots Woman and Her New Boyfriend: Sheriff

Anna Child and her new boyfriend, Jason Hilde, were shot to death at Anna’s home in Mason County, Washington in March 2026. A manhunt for the prime suspect, Robert Child, followed and he was taken into custody. Anna feared her estranged husband, Robert, and had obtained an order of protection.
