The I Problem Theory starts from a simple claim: if you can precisely describe how you stand in relation to a problem, you can deliberately change that relationship. The book expresses this with a single equation, The I Problem Theory. Rather than offering vague motivation, the book shows how to increase certain factors by using better habits, better information, and better use of other people’s expertise-while recognizing things that cannot be changed but used to your advantage.

About the Author
Author, Anthony James Robinski, is a Navy veteran from the Dallas, Texas, area. He joined the Navy at 19, serving 12 years in active services until transitioning to the Navy Reserve. During service, he worked with cutting-edge technology on submarines and taught dance around the world. The time spent in the service allowed him to live in the Imagination of his predecessors.
The many stories he heard from his fellow sailors and their outlandish adventures inspired him to share his own using the same practical techniques. He sent out on his adventure to write and tell his own stories. No longer on active duty, Anthony lives his dream of working with technology and taking a plunge into his greatest passion, writing. His writing contains the same principles and lessons learned from his time visiting countries worldwide.
