In this episode of The Danette May Show, I’m sharing the simple 10-minute lymphatic movement routine I used every morning while rafting, camping, and living completely off-grid in the Grand Canyon. This gentle lymphatic drainage workout is designed to help support energy, metabolism, hormone health, circulation, detoxification, and nervous system regulation without needing equipment, workout clothes, or a gym.

You’ll learn the exact low-impact movements I did daily, including twist hops, arm swings, golfer swings, kidney taps, trunk twists, high-knee slaps, and full-body tapping to wake up your lymphatic system and help your body feel lighter, stronger, and more energized.
