Hr: Proljetno sunce blistalo je nad Zagrebom, punim života i šarenila, a na policijskoj postaji vladala je užurbanost.
En: The spring sun was shining over Zagreb, full of life and colors, while at the police station, there was a flurry of activity.

Hr: Ljudi su dolazili i odlazili, svaki sa svojim brigama i problemima.
En: People were coming and going, each with their own worries and problems.

Hr: Marko je sjedio na drvenoj klupi, napet i nervozan.
En: Marko sat on a wooden bench, tense and nervous.

Hr: Njegove misli vraćale su se na bicikl koji mu je nestao ispred sveučilišta.
