My Top 5 Thoughts On How The New Senate Bill Concerns Public Adjusters - Insurance Claims Training

In this episode, we are going to talk about my Top 5 Thoughts on How the New Senate Bill Concerns Public Adjusters . The new Senate Bill is live and kicking with major changes to the industry. I understand you are worried. I understand many of you will want to leave the restoration industry and do something else. However, it is crucial public adjusters understand what is going on and how it affects us before making big decisions. There are two major changes with a significant impact on the restoration industry. 👉 First, attorney fees and costs are out of the game. So, if you send a claim to litigation, the homeowner covers attorney fees and costs from the settled amount. 👉 Second, the AOB is out the window. AOB allowed us to not worry about covering mitigation costs from contractors. Now that is the homeowner's responsibility as well. All in all, the new senate bill makes it significantly harder for homeowners. And that is exactly why we should continue our struggle and double our efforts in the fight for the homeowner! Without the attorneys, who will they turn to file the claim? To public adjusters, of course! Published in #Youtube on Jan 11, 2023
