The Figure Kneeling Beside the Bed | Real Ghost Stories

For years, Jessica’s paranormal experiences had completely stopped.

As a child, strange things happened often enough that she eventually grew used to them. But by the time she reached adulthood, everything had gone quiet for nearly five years. Then one night she woke up and saw someone kneeling beside her bed.

At first, she thought it was her roommate standing in the dark. But the moment she reacted, the figure disappeared completely. A few nights later, something even stranger happened while she was sleeping at her boyfriend’s house.

This time, she didn’t just see a figure. She watched unseen hands pulling at the blankets beside her.

And after both experiences stopped immediately following a cleansing ritual, Jessica began wondering whether something may have attached itself to her without her realizing it.
