Pb: Era uma manhã fria de junho, e a escola pública no alto do edifício em São Paulo estava cheia de energia.
En: It was a cold June morning, and the public school atop the building in São Paulo was buzzing with energy.

Pb: O ambiente pulsava com o burburinho dos alunos preparando o evento de Dia dos Namorados.
En: The atmosphere pulsed with the chatter of students preparing for the Valentine's Day event.

Pb: Rafael, um aluno dedicado e tímido, passava os olhos pelos corredores decorados.
En: Rafael, a dedicated and shy student, glanced through the decorated hallways.

Pb: Lúcia sorriu rapidamente, "Ah, Rafael, sim! Você pode pendurar essas luzes lá no fundo?"
En: Lúcia quickly smiled, "Oh, Rafael, yes! Can you hang these lights in the back?"

Pb: Passaram-se horas enquanto Rafael ajudava Lúcia.
En: Hours passed as Rafael helped Lúcia.

Pb: Ele se esforçava para encontrar o momento certo, mas ela estava sempre ocupada, correndo de um lado para o outro.

En: "Lúcia, I... I have something to tell you," Rafael began, trying to control his breathing.

Pb: Ela virou para ele, surpresa. "O que foi?"
En: She turned to him, surprised. "What is it?"

Pb: O coração de Rafael batia forte. "Bem, eu... eu gosto de você. Muito."
En: Rafael's heart was pounding. "Well, I... I like you. A lot."

Pb: Lúcia piscou algumas vezes, surpresa.
En: Lúcia blinked a few times, surprised.

Pb: Depois, um sorriso suave apareceu em seu rosto. "Rafael, eu não esperava por isso... mas é uma surpresa boa."
