47 Elemental Beings: how to think about & work with them

Hi and welcome to a special solo-cast of Integrated Awakenings, we're tackling something quite niche in this one and will be talking about how one thinks about and interfaces with the elemental realms, or what shaman's would call the "lower realms". A lot of the beings often categorized here is left towards, occultist horror stories, or studied/viewed from a cultural lens instead of direct experience. In this episode maria expresses a direct take of why certain classes of elementals behave in certain ways, and how to have a positive respectful experience from them. If you want to consider a compassionate take on the supernatural and real empathy with what are usually called "lower" beings, then this is the episode for you.
