59 Maria & Maya Banawa Sessionista: Root-Throne Singing, Voice as a Channel for your total body healing

This is not a podcast ep! THIS IS A POWERFUL SESSION. In this episode we have Maya Banawa conducting a healing ceremony for Maria’s voice, intuitively feeling into, and sharing her process of guiding people into unlocking their authentic voice. For this session, what was released were warrior chantings, ancestral rememberings, child embracings — and meanderings around frogcroaks and what is really considered “a bad romance”. If you feel like you are drawn to creatively express and heal via your voice, AND/OR you want to listen into the navel root songs of a warrior heart tribes arriving, then this is the podcast in you. Our authentic soul’s music, invites your soul’s music too. (PS: maria considers this part of creativity as spiritual discipline series: this is a demo for song and sound)

Covers:

Intro, invoking the sun and environment
Selecting a song and reflecting on it’s depth and meaning
What is a “Bad Romance?”, projections, judgements, wanting
Listening and Journeying with “Genuine You” (00:48min mark)
Toning for organs and body
Warrior chants with assisted drumming (includes ancestral healing and innerchild work)
Closing Remarks
Poetry/Rap enchanting chantings (1hr:59min mark)
