In this podcast ep Maria walks us through the common injuries of an injured throat chakra: whether it was your voice/words not being valued, or our inner storms/word-vomits being numb to it’s own powers. We go through very useful tips on how to tap the power of our VERY WORDS, and how to invoke intentions that help us receive, transmit, feel into what needs to be spoken, and the highest expression/music of our will, heart and soul’s intentions.
