Since she was a little girl, Anne Lowell has been fascinated by the mind, body, and the brain. She studied Kinesiology at the University of Michigan, has over 1500 hours studying and teaching meditation, yoga, and mindfulness, and has a background in massage therapy for chronic pain and mental health.

She's the energy behind Evolved Mind, LLC, which is dedicated to helping smart and successful people from all walks of life and from all over the country to feel at ease amidst the chaos of life. A cornerstone of her mindfulness teaching and coaching is that well-being is a skill, and it starts by training the mind.
