Ep 64. Whimsied a bit too close to the sun...

Happy Wellness Wednesday stunners! 🦋 this week's episode was born from a very unexpected corner of the internet...

after a video of us vocalising around Stonehenge for the Summer Solstice found its way far beyond our little corner of Instagram, it also invited an avalanche of opinions... apparently two women being unapologetically joyful, a little whimsical and taking up space was... deeply offensive to some 🫣

so naturally, we did what we do best: Bex arrived with rattles & incense galore, we had a cup of jam tea, sat down together and had a big ol' debrief!

this episode is part processing, part nervous system regulation, part giggle, part reminder that you don't have to shrink yourself to make other people comfortable. we talk about what it feels like to receive hate online, how we're choosing not to carry it, and why we'll continue dancing, singing, laughing and living a soft life loudly anyway.

because joy isn't something you have to earn, joy is your birthright.
