Throughout our lives, we all carry different hurts and pains we're healing from. Some from hurtful words. Some from childhood experiences. And some from the quiet lies we've repeated to ourselves until they became beliefs.

This journey is winding and turny. But you're not walking it alone.

Inspired by Psalm 61, this episode is an invitation to simply name the hurt, face the valley, and let Jesus meet you right where you are.
