Biography:

Chief Timothy Sendelbach serves as the Fire Chief of the Loveland Fire Rescue Authority (LFRA), bringing more than forty years of experience in fire and emergency services leadership. Throughout his career, Chief Sendelbach has been recognized as a progressive and visionary leader with a deep commitment to firefighter health and safety, community risk reduction, and wildfire preparedness.

Prior to joining LFRA, Chief Sendelbach held leadership roles across multiple fire service organizations, where he focused on advancing training, operational readiness, and innovative approaches to protecting both the public and first responders. He is widely respected for his collaborative leadership style, his ability to strengthen partnerships, and his passion for developing future fire service leaders.

At LFRA, Chief Sendelbach has placed a strong emphasis on risk reduction strategies, proactive wildfire mitigation, and ensuring the long-term health, safety, and resilience of the organization. His leadership reflects a balance of operational excellence, forward-thinking vision, and dedication to the community.
