BIO: Dan is a multiple award-winning certified Master Business & Executive Coach who has been helping businesses scale profitably and sustainably in the Hamilton area since 2010. As an entrepreneur since 1995, Dan has experienced the challenges of growth first-hand while scaling his technology services firm. With the help of a business coach, Dan was able to focus on strategic growth, which led to his business being acquired by a larger competitor. Following that exit, Dan became a business coach himself in order to help other entrepreneurs grow their businesses in a way that gives them more money, more free time and more fun. Dan’s purpose is to have a positive, lasting impact on the business owners and executives he coaches, and he has helped over 200 business owners in the Hamilton area since 2010. When he is not coaching his clients to scale their businesses, Dan can be found volunteering (currently Past President of the Board for Neighbour to Neighbour Centre in Hamilton) making business improvement tip videos, enjoying time with his family, playing guitar with his daughter Megan, and flying around Ontario with his son Adam who is also a pilot.
