In this episode, I scratch the surface and share (just a little) about my personal journey of being diagnosed with Bipolar II and why that label never fully captured the depth of what I was experiencing.

From extreme mood swings to waves of grief, cosmic openings, and chakra activations, I explore how trauma, neurodivergence, and spiritual awakening can mirror what psychiatry often calls “mental illness.”

For years, I lived fragmented, carrying around the weight of unprocessed trauma, deep sensitivity, and a nervous system stretched beyond capacity. It wasn’t until I began to see through a spiritual and energetic lens that everything began to make sense.

This episode invites you to question the binary of diagnosis and dysfunction, and instead consider the possibility of spiritual emergence, soul retrieval, and coming home to your truth.
